- Complete the total 24.0 hours of Relias ceu courses. Please check that your course hours total 24.
- Z64 is the last Relias “course” in the list. You must enter data regarding your employment and residency

For learners who have previously completed their CNA Renewal package AND the z64 form, you can repurchase the package again as a new recertification. After purchase, please make sure you scan all of your courses and confirm you have received a Z64 hour work renewal form. If you haven’t received the Z64 form located at the bottom of the course listing, please contact Relias Support at 844.735.2223.
For learners who have repurchased the recertification package and cannot see the entire package in their dashboard – please note that the system takes up to 24 hours to update. If possible, please wait until the next business day to see if your package updates.
